Ward Waesche

As Partner at Integrus, Ward leads our Outsourced CFO/Accounting Advisory Practice with an extensive blend of finance, accounting, operational, strategy and valuation experience with a focus on the consumer, ecommerce, and SaaS industries.

Prior to joining Integrus, Ward was a Director at Propeller Industries, a financial consulting firm specializing in consumer, ecommerce, and SaaS. He partnered with clients to provide financial management, strategy, and business planning while also overseeing clients’ accounting/bookkeeping activities.

Before Propeller Industries, Ward was part of the founding team at Just Real Foods, a natural/specialty packaged food company with brands sold throughout the United States in retail chains such as Whole Foods, Wal-Mart and Kroger. He served as Director of Operations and Finance, responsible for brand/product development as well as manufacturing and procurement. During this tenure, Ward was pivotal in assisting the Company through several equity financing rounds, as well as building the Company’s finance/accounting infrastructure from scratch.

His finance career began at Capstone Headwaters (formerly Headwaters MB) as an M&A analyst on their
Industrials team where he worked on middle-market transactions in the food ingredient, environmental
remediation and chemicals plastics sectors.
